Power Input Panel - Tap Box - Inlet Box
Single-Phase 200A
MTC 6001 IESKv

Roam's MTC® 6001 IESKv series ("v" = Voltage Code) of Power Input Panels provides a rugged and cost-effective exterior connection point for temporary power input to trailers, buses, or temporary structures. These Power Input Panels use E1016 (J-Series/16 Series) male Cam-Lok* brand connectors and are part of Roam's UL Listed (US & Canada) series of single-phase power input panels.

The standard in safety and outdoor reliability, Roam's line of Power Input Boxes (also known as Tap Boxes or Inlet Boxes) makes connecting a temporary power input to line power output from a building fast, easy, and most importantly—safe. Roam uses genuine Cooper Crouse-Hinds Cam-Lok brand connectors. Similar compatible connectors are sometimes referred to as "Cam-Lock" connectors by their manufacturers, distributors, and/or users.

  • Single-phase power, at up to 200A
  • 240 VAC, 480 VAC, & 600 VAC rated panels

  • Custom labels & configurations available
  • Brown-Orange-Yellow connectors at 480VAC
  • Corrosion-resistant powder coating
  • UV-resistant four color labels
  • Built to NEMA 3R standard
  • Internal and external grounding studs
  • Four Male E1016 Cam-Lok connectors

Connections

Roam's MTC 6001 IESKv 200 Amp Power Input Boxes accept either #2 to 2/0 or 2/0 to 4/0 cables via Cam-Lock plugs on the generator cable side, and from 1/0 to 4/0 cables on the internal wireway side.

Voltages up to 600VAC

Roam offers MTC 6001 IESKv Power Input Panels in models that support up to 240 VAC (120v, 208v, 230v, 240v)—MTC 6001 IESK2, up to 480 VAC (277v, 330v, 440v, 480v)—MTC 6001 IESK4-BOY, and up to 600 VAC (575v, 577v, 600v)—MTC 6001 IESK6, which are UL Listed and cUL Listed (Canada) at those voltage levels. Brown-Orange color coding (for labels, Cam-Locks, & Cam-Lock spring caps) is normally used for most 480 VAC applications.

Canadian Color Coding Available

Any Roam panels normally color coded (for Cam-Locks, Spring Caps, and Labels) as L1=Black & L2=Red are also available in the typical Canadian color coding format of L1=Red & L2=Black. If you need to order a unit with the Canadian color scheme, just add a "-CAN" to the end of the Model Number. If you are connecting the Power Input Panel to a power source that uses the US color coding (L1 = Black & L2 = Red), then you may want the standard US color coding (so long as local electrical codes allow).
